Most of us take e-mail for granted now, which is why there is an opportunity there to improve and optimize how you communicate. In this week’s episode I’ll tell you about the techniques used by a variety of different entrepreneurs to optimize their e-mail correspondences.


1. Emails should be 3 sentences or less in order to get a better response rate. 

2. Edgier Subject Lines also get quicker replies

3. Emails should be action-oriented first (i.e. who does what and by what time) and then discuss the summaries/ideas of the meeting in the rest of the email’s body.
